The International Business Center（IBC）, situated in No.391 Guiping Road inside the Park, covers an area of 180 thousand square kilometers with two sub-areas called A district and B district. The… 38-storey new building, fit up in terms of A grade office building standards, has become the new landmark of CHJ hi-tech Park. The standard floor GFA of A district and B district is about 1700 square kilometers with the office and investment GFA covering about 120 thousand square kilometers. The skirt area of the building (from the first floor to the third floor), occupying about 20 thousand square kilometers, is oriented to supply business service facilities such as restaurants, banks, coffee bars, conveniences stores, business centers and so forth. As the building featured with financial characteristics, IBC provides preferential policies of both the District and the Park to its client enterprises.
