The Dacheng Fund Headquarters is located in the Houhai Business Center, which is emerging in Shenzhen. It has a land area of only 4,100 square meters, a plot ratio of… 14.2 and a building height of 130 meters. The tower occupies the north side of the base and is cantilevered to the west, creating a city square for the citizens to freely and leisurely, and creating a large indoor space with three sides of view in the direction of the green axis of the regional landscape. The new experience; the administrative office floor is connected to the lower display area and the upper level clubhouse through a spiral staircase, and the different functional floors can be freely converted through the high-traffic shared space placed on the west side. At the same time, small public spaces with different functions such as staff rest, leisure corner, step audio-visual area and outdoor bamboo garden are also scattered throughout the building, giving people the opportunity to rethink the various ways of using space outside the financial office fixed mode and experience the network. The “informal” office space of the era expands its possibilities and variability.
