Huanggu

Huanggu District, which belongs to Shenyang city of Liaoning Province, is the central area of Shenyang. There are always two versions of the origin of "Huanggu": 1. Huanggu district is named after the tomb of Huanggu. Prince Jian Yi-blue flag ,he is the eighth son of Prince Shur Hazi, the younger brother of Nurhachi. Because of the name of King Jian Yi, the tomb is also known as Fen Gu tomb. For a long time, it was mispronounced as Huanggu grave. 2. The name of Huanggu District was from Nurhachi's daughter (or his  sister) who was buried in Shouquan area, so it is called Huanggu Tomb. When the Jingfeng railway was built in 1911, the original Huanggu tomb was renamed Huanggu tun. In 1938, bureau supported by Japan called the station Huanggu Tuen station, so the district named Huang Gu then. Huanggu District insists on enhancing the advantages and offsetting the weakness, transforming the resource advantages into industrial advantages, speeding up the transformation and innovation, meantime determines the development direction with modern service industry. Since last year, with the continuous landing of key industrial projects, Huanggu District continues to improve the industrial structure, the model of integrated the technology, civil-military, high level health care industry has come true. Huanggu District has not only taken the lead in building  a civil-military integration development area , building  the city's first industrial park, forming the province's first "civil-military integration industry development alliance", but also take effort to build the country's first "civil-military integration platform". At present, Junwei Military-Civil Intelligence Industrial Park and Aviation Technology Military-Civil Integration Industrial Park have been put into operation. The added value of military-civilian integration industry in the region has reached 3 billion yuan, keeping ahead in Shenyang. Huanggu District has also committed to the development of technology and culture industry, attracting a large number of high-tech companies and financial institutions to join. At present, the technology & cultural industry has become a new economic growth point in Huanggu District. 28 enterprises have respectively entered the city's science and technology giant and high-tech enterprise cultivation pool, 32 high-tech enterprises have reached  the cumulative output value of 39.5 billion yuan, 93 enterprises have entered the e-commerce industrial park, China's equipment manufacturing industrial design center, Shenyang Mingshi community. In the cultivation of high-level health care industry, Huanggu District integrated all  333 medical institutions in the district, developed the high-level health care industry zone around Beiling . At present, a series of health care planning and projects are being implemented. In accordance with the requirements of Shenyang  on the  industrial development, Huanggu District will continue to use its comparative advantages, develop high-level industries such as culture and education, medical and health care, digital economy, e-commerce, and make every effort to promote the development of civil-military integration industry, and strive to create a high point for the transformation of technological achievements, Talent development system and  remarking a new growth momentum.
