Qingdao Laoshan District is located in the south of Shandong Peninsula and southeast of Qingdao. Its southern and eastern parts are next to the Yellow Sea. The distance from Northeast to Southwest are 36.6 kilometers long and 27.7 kilometers wide from East to West.
