Mobile Internet Industry Base (Project A2) lies on the east of Pujiang Hi-tech Plaza. Based on the park’s advantages in IT industry, it seizes the opportunity of building the science… and innovation center to develop related industries. By combining its advantages with hotspot industries including AI and advanced manufacturing, the park focuses on such industries as mobile application platform industry, software development and design industry as well as mobile terminal product develop and design industry. The total built-up area of the project is around 260,000 square meters, including 185,000 square meters above the ground and 75,000 square meters underground. The project consists of 8 smaller office buildings, 4 standard R&D buildings and 3 “town house” R&D office buildings and 1 commercial building. The construction is estimated to complete at the end of 2019 and pre lease/sale from the 1st season of 2019.
