Qingshan

Qingshan district is one of the central urban areas of wuhan city, hubei province. Its geographical location is 30°37 'north latitude and 114°26' east longitude. It is located on the south bank of the middle reaches of the Yangtze river. East and hongshan border, west and wuchang adjacent, south by the east lake scenic area, north by the Yangtze river, and tianxingzhou across the river. Qingshan district is an important industrial town in central China, the core area of the national environmental protection industry base, and a new industrial base invested and constructed by the state during the "one five-year plan". Wuhan iron and steel (group) co., LTD., China no.1 metallurgical construction company, wuhan petrochemical plant of China petrochemical group, qingshan shipyard of China Yangtze river shipping group and other large national enterprises and institutions occupy qingshan, forming eight pillar industries of metallurgy, chemical industry, environmental protection, electric power, machinery, shipping, construction and building materials. Qingshan district has an area of 161 square kilometers and a coastline of 30 kilometers of the Yangtze river. It is an important node of the south bank of the new town of the Yangtze river, the north extension of the green center of east lake, the important business axis and ecological axis of the main axis of the Yangtze river, the connection of six lakes and the co-governance of four waters. In 2019, qingshan district will vigorously implement the development strategy of “one axis, two districts and three cities", and form the industrial spatial pattern of "one axis, two districts, three cities and several spots", which is "one axis agglomeration and guidance, two districts' innovative development, three cities' transformation and reconstruction, and several bright spots support", so as to build a new castle peak that is ecological, industrial and livable.
