Shenhe

Shenhe District is the central city of Shenyang. It is the birthplace of early Qing culture. This district has lot of famous places and shopping malls , such like the world cultural heritage - Shenyang Palace , the famous Zhang's Shuai Fu, China's first commercial street which has more than 380 years history  - Zhongjie, the second largest commodity sale market in China-Wuai market and so on. The district has 58 square kilometers, with a registered population of 730,000 and serving over millions of People. There are 23 Ethnic Groups living in the area, such as Han, Manchu, Hui, Korean and Mongolian. The Shenyang Financial and Commercial Development Zone in Shenhe is the only state owned financial and commercial development zone beside Shanghai Lujiazui. As the central area of Shenyang, Shenhe District has its unique geographical and comparative advantages and it has become the political, economic, commercial, and cultural and tourist center of the city. It is also the national-level experimental area for upgrading financial ecology environment and the experimental area for community management services. The district is the pioneer in the province and state level for it is the connection point  of all management level in organization , the administrative contact point of the Ministry of Supervision and the supervision contact point for the civil affairs Ministry. From "relying on the'two gold circle 'to develop business" to " deep ploughing and  succession", Shenhe has made a great success  with forward-looking strategy and exploration spirt . From the merger of the Wulihe area to the expansion of Shenyang Financial and Commercial Development Zone, and building a modern service center to the construction of the Northeast Regional Financial Center, Shenhe people wrote lots  legends with their great effort and contribution. Recently, with the leadership of government guided by the scientific development policy, meanwhile fully implemented the spirit of Communist Party of China, and focused on the "four major goals" and "six major tasks". Meanwhile take the economic development as the center development, coordinate the development of various undertakings, strengthen the measures for benefiting people, promote the comprehensive improvement of the environment. New progress has been made in the work and new developments have been achieved.
