Chongqing World Financial Centre (WFC) is situated by the “Gold Cross” of Jie Fang Bei CBD —— the Liberty Monument —— at No. 188, Minzu Road on the site of… Chongqing’s former 1st skyscraper “Hui Xian Lou”—— the 1st foreign tourism restaurant. WFC is developed by Chongqing Worthyland Real Estate and managed by Jones Lang LaSalle. It has a total volume of approx.. 204,000 sqm and over 800 parking slots with 74 floors above the ground and 6 beneath. WFC, the new landmark in Jie Fang Bei CBD with building height of 339 m, is also the highest skyscraper that has been completed construction in west China.
